Advice support is being embraced more by all industries to improve the quality of the workplace and the communication of customers, colleagues and stakeholders. These specialist skills are sought after in a growing number of industries as well as being commonly required within Further Education. It is also an appropriate qualification for those who may be giving advice in the Voluntary Sector, health workers and anyone in the advice-giving sector who would benefit from a programme of study which reinforces good practice, provides underpinning knowledge and give formal recognition for learning and skills developed through experience.

How Will You Support Me To Gain This Qualification?
We have dedicated tutors and success coaches on hand to help you throughout your course. They work hours that suit you so they’ll usually be contactable outside of normal 9-5 hours as well as over the weekend. All units will be internally assessed using various methods, including written assignments and tasks. This will help us assess your understanding of the topic.
Should I Study A Level 2 Or Level 3 Qualification?
The level you study will depend on your previous achievements and qualifications as well as your academic abilities. A Level 3 Qualification is beneficial to those who already have practical experience or those wanting to progress from a Level 2 Qualification.
