This is a combined course with modules from our Level 2 Teaching Assistant course and Level 2 Childcare course. We’ve chosen the course combination and units to help improve your chances of getting a job at a secondary school, primary school, nursery, play centre and other settings working with children.

What to expect

You’ll receive two qualifications when you complete the course, a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools and Colleges and a Level 2 Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People.

This course is a knowledge-only qualification and does not require you to complete a placement.
