We’re running a one-week Customer Service training course on 21st January at our learning centre in Leeds. The course will cover essential skills needed for numerous job opportunities.
Each section on the learning programme will target skills that employers look for when hiring in many different professions. It’s a Level 1 qualification so it’s a brilliant starting point for those wanting to pursue a customer-facing role.
We’ll cover a number of modules throughout the 5 day workshop. The Principles of Customer Service will give you a baseline of knowledge and an idea of what to expect when working in this sector. You’ll also gain an Equality and Diversity in the workplace certificate which looks great on your CV. Understanding customer needs and expectations is another one of the key skills that you’ll gain over the one week course.
