Before coming to Think Employment, Jade wanted a career in Administration but found that most of the positions she was applying for needed a higher level qualification.
After seeing our post on Facebook, she jumped at the chance to improve her career prospects. Jade is now taking part in our two week Business Admin course to help improve her skills and get a job.
The course covers a number of different topics including Principles of Customer Service, Employment in Business Admin and Equality and Diversity. When asked what she was looking forward to the most about doing the course, Jade said, “I’m really excited to learn something new.”
Our courses not only cover the essential information you need for the job, but also additional topics that will make your CV stand out. The course includes a nationally-recognised IT qualification which is often highly requested by employers, especially as many businesses are now making the most of digital and online methods.
At Think Employment, we pride ourselves on our friendly staff and excellent service.
“Everyone is welcoming and they make you feel comfortable here, Jade said. Our tutors are always on hand to give you help and advice when needed and will guide you in the right direction.
Tutor Mark Pitfield expects good results from Jade and said she is “very motivated and always willing to ask questions. She is studious and interacts well with the course content.” We will always encourage you to produce your best work and ensure you leave us with plenty of qualifications under your belt so you can boost your employability.
After completing her Business Admin training, Jade will be going on to complete her English and Maths qualifications with us to further improve her job prospects.
Jade is now feeling really positive about the future and plans to apply for the jobs that she previously might not have been able to.
“I’m looking forward to applying to jobs with my new qualifications.”
