Starting Monday 3rd December, our Business Admin training package will give learners in Stockport two industry-recognised qualifications in just 5 days.
Our Business Admin training package is the ideal starting point for anyone that is looking for a career in Administration. It is aimed at people who have little or no work experience in the sector.
Why do a Business Admin workshop?
Business admin is a wide field that incorporates many types of management positions. It is a growing sector, increasing by 3% since 2017 and more then 1,500 jobs have been advertised in Stockport in the last 12 months.
During this workshop, learners will have the opportunity to achieve the following two qualifications:
Level 1 in Introduction to Business Administration
This qualification explores how to make and receive a phone call in a professional manner, types of language to use with customers, how to deal with incoming and outgoing mail, how to use an effective paper-based or electronic filing system, and how to use emails to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Level 1 in Diversity and Equality
This qualification will help you understand the differences between equality and diversity. You will explore stereotypes, discrimination and prejudice and learn how diversity benefits society.
Are you eligible?
To apply for this course you need to be over 19 and have lived in the UK or EU for the last three consecutive years (since April 2015).
You either need to be unemployed looking for work and on benefit, or be employment earning less than £15,760. Eligibility will be determined at our Information Advice and Guidance appointment
