We’re offering free Business Administration training in Leeds starting on 28th January. The one week course will cover essential skills such as customer service, data protection and ICT skills.
The course is designed to improve your employment opportunities and allow complete beginners to pick up a new and exciting skill set.
What is Business Administration?
Business Administration is a wide field that incorporates many types of positions. It includes aspects of overseeing business operations such as developing strategies and administrative duties such as communicating with customers, receiving and transferring calls, using electronic filing systems and dealing with confidential data.
Business Administration has opportunities within almost every employment sector. Once you have the skills to perform the job, you can then apply for positions within sectors that relate to your own interests. The course starts on 28th January and takes one week to complete. Sessions run 9:30am-4:00pm from our learning centre in Leeds.
