Our Level 2 Early Years Practitioner online course will help you prepare for school job roles such as; Classroom Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Early Years Practitioner, School Administrator, School Caretaker and Learning Support Assistant in a primary school setting.
This is a combined course with modules from our Level 2 Childcare course and Level 2 Safeguarding course. We’ve chosen the course combination and units to help improve your chances of getting a job at a primary school, nursery, play centre and other settings working with children.
Please note: these qualifications don’t count towards Level 2 qualified staff staffing ratios. Please search the National Careers Services for a Level 2 Diploma in Childcare if you require a qualification that’s Government approved for Level 2 staff child ratios. Our Early Years Practitioner course is an online knowledge based course ideal for progression onto a Level 2 Diploma.

You’ll receive two qualifications when you complete the course, a Level 2 Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People and a Level 2 Certificate in Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values.
This course is a knowledge-only qualification and does not require you to complete a placement.
