Teaching Assistant Course

A teaching assistant course is a great way to start your career in schools. It will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to work effectively with children and young people. The course will also give you insight into the day-to-day running of a school, and how you can support teaching staff in their roles.

Our Level 2 Teaching Assistant online course will help you prepare for school job roles such as; Classroom Assistant, School Librarian, Early Years Practitioner and Learning Support Assistant in a primary school setting.

This is a combined course with modules from our Level 2 Teaching Assistant course and Level 2 Childcare course. We’ve chosen the course combination and units to help improve your chances of getting a job at a primary school, nursery, play centre and other settings working with children.
